A total of 422 players were included in the auction process for the sixth season of the Pro Kabaddi League. Prior to the auction, 9 out of 12 teams had made a total of 21 players and in total 148 players were bought in the auction.

However, this year some players have a great fortune. In total, there were 6 players who were bought in the amount above Rs 1 crore. While Fazal Atchalai (1 crore) became the most expensive foreign player, Monu Goyat (1.51 crore) of Indian players became the most expensive player in Kabaddi history.

Monu Goyat last played for last year's defending champion Patna Pirates and his performance was also great. He played Star Radar Pradeep Narwal well. Although this year Patna did not give him Raten and Haryana bought Goyat.

The last 5 seasons of the Pro Kabaddi League were quite successful and considering this, there is a lot of expectations from this season too. The sixth edition of this league will begin on October 19 and the tournament will last for 13 weeks.

5. Fazal Atchhali

Haryana Steelers bought Monu Gayat for 1 crore 51 lakhs. Apart from this, Rahul Chaudhary got the highest bid in the auction of 1.29 crore (Telugu Titans), Deepak Niwas Huda 1.15 crore (Jaipur Pink Panthers), Nitin Tomar 1.15 crore (Punari Paltan) and Rishank Devadiga 1.11 crore (UP Warrior) this year.
